Vintage Original Charcoal Drawing or Engraving of "St. Paul's From The River" By O. Fletcher

This is a very nice charcoal etching signed by one O. FLETCHER measuring 12" x 7 1/2". I have no real idea on a definitive date for this but looking at the scene it would appear to be Victorian or early 1900's period. It is either an original or an engraving from the original.
