A 1912 Shooting Competition Medal
This Sterling Silver Shooting Award Medal is marked F.R.L. W. Cornish 1912. F.R.L. stands for FIELD & RURAL LIFE magazine who were, and still are, big supporters of Great Britain's Rural community, Agricultural Shows etc. and they obviously were the Sponsors for this shooting competition. Measures 1 1/2" x 1". This very nice medal was made in 1911 by D.G.C. Birmingham. (Daniel Collins ). This would make a lovely neck pendant piece.
